hey ya'll. i'm doing ok, just taking it one day at a time. i'm still running and dieting, looking awesome. i've still got a lot of work to do. when i get paid next week i will also get an $800 bonus check and i will treat myself to a makeover, i'm also getting my taxes soon which is also the same amount. whoever said money can't buy happiness clearly never met me.

i'm thinking about doing pilates, i need to stretch before i run so why not do pilates while i am at it.
